It is our great pleasure and immense honor to have Prof Cheung joining HKUST as Visiting Professor in the Institute for Public Policy (IPP). Prof Cheung’s astonishing contribution and devotion as a leader in government units, along with his experience in academics and administration will certainly boost and develop a strong foundation of the extensive development in IPP.
